Our Best Selling Style Hat
Over all of the millions of caps we sell each year, our over-seas style is the most popular. Because they are made overseas, we are able to fully customize every part including the bill, inner seams, sweat band, front, sides and back.
From material color, to custom labels, to embroidery on any area, we can make your ideas come to reality. Unlike some of our competitors that have long 2-3 month delivery we can deliver your order in only 2-4 weeks. Minimum order is only 144
but the possibilities are limitless. This is also a great option for larger quantity orders where price is an important factor but you quality is still your priority.

The Arakawa Brand
Our goal is not to be the largest hat company in the world or the most famous. We don't really care to be the official licensee for sport teams either. What we deeply do care about is making a high quality custom hat that our customers
will wear year after year.
I remember my grandfather wearing the same old ball cap for all the years I knew him. I was not sure why he wore that specific hat with an obscure logo on the front, but he would always say, "Because it just fits right" - and anyone who
has ever worn a baseball cap can attest to that, I am sure. There is nothing better than a hat that fits great on your head and also fits your specific style. Those flat billed hats with plastic snap backs (which we carry, by the way) look great on
some of our clients and friends. But me? Absolutely not.
And that, my friend, is exactly where the custom part of our business model comes into play. Whether you like low profile cotton style or high profile trucker caps - we can make it. Want a black hat
with white sandwich bill and red 3D puffy logo? No problem. We will custom make it the way you want, and we will make it with the same care and attention that our family name has become known for since 1909. And while
our cap company has only been around for 12 years, our family name has been in the hearts of many customers for over 100 years.
