Custom Flex Fit Hats

We are proud to offer our NEW line of Flex Fit hats! You would have to live under a rock not to notice the huge popularity of the Flex Fit brand across the world. Everyone from professional skaters, to BMX riders to corporate professionals are sporting the Flexfit hats. We have chosen to carry the most popular of the Flex fit caps for our customers including the new pro-baseball style, flat visor style, mini pique-mesh style. If you prefer another type of Flexfit please let us know as their warehouse is right next door!
All the pricing listed on our site for the Flexfit brand hats include up to 5000 stitches of embroidered on the front of the cap. Additional charges will be applied for every 1000 stitches over 5000 and for additional locations embroidery (side or back of cap). Flexfit hats are not available with embroidery on the bill of the cap or with screen printing. What better way to showcase your logo but on the world famous Flex fit hats!

Unlike some of our competitors that have long 2-3 month delivery we can deliver your imported caps in only 2-4 weeks!
Minimum order is only 144 caps but the possibilities are limitless. This is also a great option for larger quantity orders where price is an important factor.

Our award winning art and design department is standing by to help you bring your ideas to reality. It just 1-2 business days, a full color layout of your custom hat can be created and emailed to you for final review. Once the artwork is created and approved we will create a physical hat sample and email you photos for approval in about 1 week. Changes can still be made at this time without any incurred costs.

- Cotton twill, brushed cotton twill or heavy brushed cotton twill material
- Embroidery on the front, sides, back or bill of the hat. Even the underside of the bill can be embroidered
- Customized fabric prints - create a custom pattern for the entire cap
- Custom embossed metal buckles
- Custom screen printed or woven seams on the inside of the cap
- Woven labels or patches on the outside or inside of the cap
- 3D puff embroidery to make your logo or design really pop off the hat
- Contrasting sandwich bill with screen printed or woven text in the middle
- Mesh backing for a trucker cap style
- Contrasting stitching on the hat - for example, black hat with white or light gray stitching
- 5 or 6 panel construction
